By accessing or using Sketch It ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sketch It.

• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or obscene

User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of the content you create on Sketch It, including sketches, drawings, diagrams, and text. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload or create.

Service Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features are governed by our Subscription Terms, which detail billing, cancellation, and refund policies. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to those terms.

Termination and Suspension

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay for paid services

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may export your data before account deletion.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCH IT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
