Subscription Terms

Plans and Pricing

Sketch It offers the following subscription plans:

Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and includes core whiteboard features. You can use the Free plan indefinitely. No credit card is required to sign up.

Billing Cadence

Paid plans are billed either:

• Monthly: Charged on the same date each month
• Yearly: Charged once per year with a 20% discount

Your billing cycle begins on the date you subscribe. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan.

We will send a reminder email before your renewal date. You can view your next billing date in your account settings.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

1. Go to Settings → Billing in your Sketch It dashboard
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
4. Confirm your cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email. Your paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Upgrades and Downgrades

Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher plan, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period. Your new plan takes effect immediately.

Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to your current plan's features until then. If you exceed the limits of your new plan (e.g., sketch count), you will have read-only access to excess content.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a new subscription, contact us for a full refund.

Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, plan changes after the initial 14 days, or partial billing periods. To request a refund, email support@sketch-it.app.

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price increase via email. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Taxes

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction. Tax amounts will be shown at checkout based on your billing address.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over a 7-day period. If all attempts fail, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You can update your payment method at any time in your account settings.
