Sketch It ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our collaborative whiteboard service at https://sketch-it.app.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture (if provided via OAuth). If you sign up with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google.

Board and Content Data

We store the sketches, drawings, shapes, text, and other content you create on your boards. This includes version history for Pro and Team plans.

Usage Data

We collect technical information such as your browser type, device type, IP address, and general usage patterns to improve our service. We do not use third-party analytics trackers or advertising networks.

Collaboration Data

When you collaborate in real-time, we temporarily process cursor positions and presence information to enable live collaboration features. This data is not permanently stored.

• Cloudflare: Our infrastructure provider for hosting, storage, and security
• Razorpay: Our payment processor for handling subscriptions

These providers only access data necessary to perform their services and are bound by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We retain your account and board data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we need to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes. Exported files you download are yours to keep.
